New York City Orientation

Augast 14th, I got to America and attended the CIEE orientation in New York City for three days. We went to several places which were really awesome. Times Square, Greenwich street, Liberty island, and so on.

When we boarding a ferry which gonna be near by the Statue of Liberty, we were dancing to music from a boombox with many CIEE students. There was a DJ, so we had a great time with everyone who are on the ferry. Some students are dancing, some students are singing, some CIEE staffs are jumping...lol

We each have birthplaces that are different here, but we were enjoing the same place and same time, so I realized that we can make good relationships with everyone without language that is spoken very well.

From this orientation, I could make many friends who are from different countries. I thought that I don't need to be nervous because they are also exchange students. And, I met really great CIEE staffs who are funny and friendly. When I going to say good bye to a staff who was assigned my group's , I was sad and realized that I will now go to a strange place where I will stay. Just only three days, through this orientation, I have come to like their humanity. So I'm positive that CIEE staffs are really great and kind and friendly.

Unfortunately, during this orientation, I lost my phone so I'm really sorry for I can't post my photos here which were really memorable and valuable.
