Minh Nguyen is another student who entered our My American Story Contest this year. This entry blew us away because Minh wrote an original song for it!
This is one of the best periods of my life. I came to America as an exchanged student through CIEE in 2015 with a high learning spirit. I have to confess that this journey was different from what I expected. However, It showed me that not thing is perfect and I need to fight for my dream no matter what is coming.
This video is a gift to my host family, my friends and the people that I have met in America! I wrote the song " My first" from the inspiration that American culture and American people gave me. Special thanks to my host family: The Vernon who always support and help me since the moment I came here. Thank you America! Enjoy watching :)
