Estamos listos para la experiencia mexicana
The first day for Guanajuato Session 2 Language and Culture began with orientation. Little did we know that we would get a lesson about Son Jarocho and it's connection to Mexican culture as part of our day. This traditional music comes from Veracruz. Students listened to the requinto, leona and the jarana. Then it was time to dance!
Students also participated in activities for us to get to know one another a bit more. The students are doing a great job using to target language.
Keep your eyes peeled for more info from GTO L&C!
