PR & Marketing Internship - Build a Better Planet

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Build A Better Planet is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to promoting sustainability through media. They are dedicated to providing information about alternatives to the status quo, thereby educating others and providing options which encourage sustainable living, growth, and development, so that we can all enjoy a brighter, healthier future for generations to come.

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

• Content creation, including copywriting and basic design (if qualified)
• Brand management and integration across multiple social media platforms
• Content scheduling and calendar management
• Covering industry events and creating write-ups
• Writing press releases or industry communications for Build a Better Planet shows
• Contributing to big-picture, future marketing strategy

SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS

• Savvy use of social media, including strong understanding of professional vs. personal use
• Excellent writing abilities
• Understanding of marketing concepts
• Ability to work independently
• Creative and enthusiastic spirit
